Merz Trio joins forces with four Michelin star Chef David Bouley.
For “Radical Innovators,” Merz Trio will perform a program of innovative masterpieces of Haydn and Schumann, interspersed with excerpts from Austrian composer Johannes Maria Staud’s “Ten Miniatures” (2007). The program explores shared traits of playful humor, bold drama, and powerful emotion between the old and new works.
A member of the Bouley Culinary Team will then discuss the culinary arts and present guests with a multi-course meal inspired by art and music.
The evening will begin with a 30 minute reception featuring passed canapés. Guests will then enjoy Merz Trio’s concert and Chef David Bouley’s menu accompanied by a complementary wine program curated by Beverage Director Adrien Falcon.
